How to Practice Tapping (EFT)

  1. Notice what you’re feeling

  2. Create a simple phrase/sentence that acknowledges what you're feeling.

  3. Tap the Karate Chop point
    Using your fingertips, gently tap the outer edge of your hand (opposite the thumb) while repeating your phrase.

  4. Tap the main points
    Move through these points lightly, 5–7 taps each. You can speak the sentences out loud or in your mind. You can close your eyes or leave them open with a soft gaze.

    • Eyebrow (start of the brow)

    • Side of the eye

    • Under the eye

    • Under the nose

    • Chin (just below the lower lip)

    • Collarbone

    • Under the arm (side of the body, around rib level)

    • Top of the head
